Overview
H. James Kutscka has written a parallel universe series. His first novel 'Lailah: God's Divorce From Her' features Rick Hammad, Yu-Ling, and a distant acquaintance of Rick who comes to the rescue when Rick's perfect creation, "Lailah", escapes, after being committed. She begins to destroy everything Rick holds dear. Divorces can get nasty, especially when the wronged wife swears to get even.

H. James Kutscka is a Brazilian writer from São Paulo, Brazil. This first novel Lailah: O Divórcio de Deus was originally published in Portuguese in 2007. The next two books in the series are Lives: Mortal Fun, and God Throws Dice. At the present time Mr. Kutscka is working on the fourth novel in the series when he is not flying off to the state of Goiás on business with other clients. On the weekends, he and his wife spend their free time at their country cottage where he relaxes and writes even more, and discusses his English versions with his translator Darian Land on Skype video.
